National Dance Company Wales is seeking an inspiring and visionary Executive Director (& Joint CEO) to lead us into our next chapter.

This exciting permanent role calls for a dynamic individual with strong, inspiring leadership skills to support and manage teams, along with proven experience in business advocacy, financial planning and oversight, HR, governance, producing and touring, fundraising, and communications.

You’ll bring big-picture thinking, a passion for creativity and inclusion, and the leadership expertise to help shape a bold, future-ready organisation.

Partnership isn’t just about running a company, it’s about co-authoring what a national dance company can and should be, now and into the future.

We recognise and value the strength that diversity brings. We actively promote equality and challenge discrimination. Because we want to reflect the society in which we live and work, we particularly welcome applications from people who are d/Deaf, disabled, and those from the Global Majority.
