Adult Beginners Ballet 6.15-7.30pm Tues
A fun introduction to ballet for those with little or no experience.

Beginners Ballet will cover key ballet principles including developing core strength, improving posture, basic steps, flexibility and co-ordination.
Suitable for: Ideal for adults who are new to ballet or anyone who wants to refresh their skills.
Teacher: Emma Lewis
Emma trained at the Royal Ballet school. She danced professionally in both contemporary and ballet companies across Europe, Switzerland and the U.K. In 2004 she spent six months in India studying and completing a teacher training course in yoga. She has been teaching classical ballet, contemporary, yoga and improvisation for 15 years and is passionate about the benefits they can all have on our mind, body and spirit. Emma teaches regularly to National Dance Company Wales dancers.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in; make sure any loose trousers do not come below the ankle. Can be done in bare feet, ballet pumps or grip socks (please note trainers are not permitted in the studio). Remember to bring layers to wear during warm up and cool down.
